Overview: QueueWi wanted to create an app (mobile) and efficient website that would help improve communication between restaurants and customers.
About: QueueWi is the next generation of fast food order tracking. We created a website and app, that would facilitate ordering experiences both for clients and restaurants. I was working with developers, wireframing, building prototypes, brainstorming, and preparing UI and visual solutions.
Problem: Restaurant owners and operators are struggling to issue multiple orders at once, especially during large-scale mass events. Clients have to wait in queues for a long time.
Possible solution: Restaurant owners and operators will no longer struggle with multiple orders tracking. They will use QueueWi to track orders and schedule it themselves. In the future we expect the app to replace traditional method of ordering food.
Creating vs1: I presented a new logo and new colors to the team. I wanted to create a friendly and clear style guide and clean design solution. My ideas were quickly brainstormed upon by the onboarding team.
Creating vs1: I presented the first screens (along with a few others) to get the team's ideas flowing.
Creating vs1 Dark Mode: I presented the first screens (along with a few others) to get the team's ideas flowing.
Creating vs2: I presented the first screens (along with a few others) to see how the web version could work.
Creating vs3: After brainstorming, I presented changed screens to make the ordering process clear and more usable. I changed the 'ready' and 'not ready' buttons and added new icons.
